2. Ordering and Payment

* All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
* Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

* We offer delivery throughout the UK.
* Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days.
* Express delivery may be available at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

* Unworn and unused
* In original packaging with tags attached

However, please note:

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear. This policy is in line with UK consumer protection standards.

If a non-returnable item is returned, we reserve the right to send it back to the original shipping address.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@kivoclothing.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
